Inside of Glass looks black?

Im sure this has been asked and answered before, so sorry.

So heres my problem:

I need the inside of the glass to be transparent, not black, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do this?

Try increasing the “Depth” value in the Ray Trans column of the Mirror Transp panel.

The reason you’re seeing the black is because the raytraced light is only being allowed something like two “bounces” (refractive bends) before its job is finished for the render. You need to increase the bounce depth.

One would think this is a render attribute in render settings, but it’s not. Instead, depth is one of the attributed for your glass material, under “mirror trans” (tab) ==> Ray Tranp ==> Depth

oh, thanks guys =)
