Just came across what I thought was an amazing animation, together with some insight into the process:

No Blender (3dsmax 8, Photoshop, After Effects, and V-Ray) but I think it could have been done in blender, which was inspiration enough.

that is an awesome animation. I totally think belder could be used for the something like that.

i found it incredibly boring and pointless.

At least Elephants Dream had an evident interpretation; this was way too abstract. However, the animation itself was very interesting.
