Installed different versions of blender, from start appearing only one random version

I am not sure of what is hapening or doing

from start I search for blender, an unamed blender does appear, then launching it, each time a different version starts

I installed different versions due to plugin compatibility

You start them by searching for them ?!? Really ??! But you did install them int different directories…
Make some desktop shortcuts…
