I have downloaded the latest version of Blender and unzipped the file. When I try to run Blender I get a runtime error:
“This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application’s support team for more information.”
I am using Vista Home Premium 32 bit with SP2. The download came from the NL 1 site.
What do I do now?
Do you have the Microsoft C++ redistributable files? I think you need them to run 2.5 Alpha 2.

the same goes for most of the graphicall.org builds.
Thanks loopduplicate and tmcthree. . I am using VC Express 2008 and already have Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistribution Package installed. What next?
