So I’ve stumbled upon another problem.
Some background: I am trying to create a dynamic herringbone pavement pattern, whereas whenever there is an obstacle, instead of using 2x1 sized bricks, it replaces them with 1x1 sized bricks. The basic system is all set up, however, when I try to use more than 2 geometry instances with the small brick pattern, it refuses to select additional instances, and only randomizes between 2.
If I apply realize instances somewhere in the chain of the grid, it does select between my different instances but punctures holes in the grid as well. At any rate, realize instances is something I’d like to avoid so that’s not an optimal solution.
Any ideas?
