How would make instance cubes align with each other when they are added?
You should define what you’re alignment requirements are. For example, should each cube align with its nearest neighbour? Should all the cubes take the same random alignment, or choose the most common direction and align to it?
It might be sensible to describe what this would be used for.

If you want to build anything that actually does stuff, in the real world,
you will need to understand the physics governing the real world.
Time dilation machine is not in the design scope of the bge.

Time dilation is a specific term to describe the observations made by an inertial (non accelerating) observer of anoter relative moving inertial reference frame. In simpler terms, that is to say “what a non-accelerating person would be able to work out about a moving persons experience of time”.
Time dilation is simply the statement that a person moving relative to another at speeds close to that of light would experience time more slowly than the external observer, “according to the observer”.
The maths behind it is simple to explain the principles, but rather complicated when it comes to the real world.
In this life you can believe what you will, but you cannot take statements from science and then use them in a non scientific context. That is like saying “gravity acts on all massive bodies, therefore cheese on toast is morally unjust”.

both are almost impossible with current technologies… even for a single atom from what I understand,
exceeding the speed of light in the game engine, will produce no time dilation effects in the game engine unless you code them, but the bge only has 1 timeline…
With these ideas, you are much better of faking these effects (less computationally intensive, less restricted). In Physics the underlying postulate of special relativity is that nothing can exceed c, and nothing with mass can reach c (just asymptotically approach it).
We already see time dilation in the real world, because we’re able to detect muons passing through the earth’s atmosphere, at the surface of the earth. This is unusual, because we detect far more than we’d expect given how short their lifespan is (we’d expect to see far fewer). Yet, at their speeds, their clocks are running slower, such that they experience time at 5 times slower than we do, and so effectively live longer, explaining such results.

Unfortunately, you are not correct here. It would have been unscientific to say that planes could fly if you had no proof. No evidence, which you have yet to provide. I don’t think I can convince you, because you don’t seem to understand how science works. It requires proof and rigorous experimentation and theory, to provide evidence. There might be better ways of doing things sometimes, but whatever this “time dilation device” purports itself to be, it is unlikely that it does anything related to “time dilation”.

In short, because I have a feeling that you will continually respond with “It works I’m right you’re wrong this is real science the government is mind controlling us”, I will explain what you could do.
If you would like to be able to use the words “scientific” and “works” in the same sentence as this “device”, outline what it should do, collect scientific data to support your claim, perform some analysis to identify sources of experimental error, determine the magnitude of this error and conclude if your results could be explained by the error, derive the theory that supports the evidence (if possible) and publish it where others can review it who are also of scientific mindset (i.e not that forum).
If you do not perform all of these steps, you are not entitled to use the word scientific. A suitable term I would use is hocum
