Is there a way to have say a hand grab a ball and throw it wiht out the shudder? does it have to do with rigging? Could u possibly add a bone for the ball so it doesnt shudder?

what is this shudder you speak of?

like the hand grabing the ball. the ball might float around or shake.

I think this should work:

parent the ball to an empty, give the empty a copy location / copy rotation constraint to the hand bone, add an ipo so that both contraints start at 0 strength but go to 100 when the hand grabs the ball. play around with the relative location of the ball and the empty so that the ball is in the hand?
