I know mosts Blender users make their own models from scratch, but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a site that allowed them to download premade models that others have made.
Not everyone is good at modeling right off, and some may love to be able to create images without having to start from scratch all the time.
If you think this is good idea, I am willing to set up such a site. Please let me know here what you think.

Sounds good to me, let me know if you want some of mine. I don’t lots, but some.
Looking at some of the other sites, like Renderosity, they don’t actually allow uploads now. I would like to allow uploads along with thumbnails to show how the rendered mesh looks.
What do you think would be a good maximum size for a file? Considering that these will all be downloaded multiple times, they should be rather small. However, I don’t want to make it too low that no one can upload their files.
Does anyone have any ideas for this site that they would like to see?
