Interesting Console Occurrence

I thought I just might post this seeing that it really creeped me out. I was attempting to make a python script that just changed gravity, and in the Console window it said:

PYTHON SCRIPT ERROR:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "Text", line 6, in <module>
    Wenn ihr Fragen, Anregungen oder sogar Verbesserungen habt,
AttributeError: Unable to find requested actuator

What really startled me was the:
Wenn ihr Fragen, Anregungen oder sogar Verbesserungen habt.

I checked it out on google (See image for Result)

I’m just wondering why it said this in German…

It must be something inserted into the source code by a German dev?
