Hello all. I am new to Blender. I had a problem when I run the program first time. When I try to open the program, it had no glitch or any errors. But when I move cursor to a part of the inferface, there occur some glitches. I will tell it with some screenshots from the program.

I have not moved the cursor to the window yet.

First, I moved cursor to the bottom of the interface and now only bottom of the interface can be seen.
3.jpg in the attachment
I moved the cursor to the right of the window.
