Interface Looks Choppy

Hi, I was wondering if there was any particular reason why my system seems to make blender look like everything is choppy?

Just zoom in with the top right little magnifying glass if you can’t tell.

Could be a problem with your video drivers? Try update them, it is really weird

I know, but I’ll try the driver idea.

No, still looks the same.

I’ve already tried all the above options, but I wonder if it has something to do with the processor or something to do with Python. The reason being I am running a new system and I don’t know if that would affect blender since it hasn’t updated in a while and neither has python.
