Interior scene surrounded by white walls

Hi everyone,

this is my last render for personal project to learn lighting.
I played a lot with skytexture and I leaned that using toned down skytexture with Hue/Saturation node is better to create clean interior scene surrounded by white walls.

I hope you like it. Thanks !

Details:

  • Blender 3.12 / Cycles

  • Lighting with sky texture and some area lamps

  • Textures are from Poliigon

  • Most furniture modeled by myself for fun and the others are from Chocofur
    ・ Lighting: Luise Poulsen
・Furniture: Altek, Carl Hansen & Søn, Fredericia, Fritz Hansen, Spectrum and etc

  • Postproduction with photoshop

  • Scene is designed by me

Lovely environment.

The only suggest I would make is to raise the light chandelier that is over the table a bit higher. It looks rather too low to me, but that just might be my opinion, so feel free to disagree. :slightly_smiling_face: Again, great work!

Thanks for your suggestion!! I agree with your opinion. I am going to fix it:)

Hi @An.viz, lovely render and setup. It’s nearly photorealistic.
But, if I may, I would like to give a short notice on floor-design…
Between wall and floor (wood or tiles…) there has to be a gap, an expansion joint… This joint normally is covered by a skirting board…
It’s a technical must and so a big point for realistic indoor, I think…

Kind regards and keep up the good work!

Happy to help! Some years ago I earned my money laying wooden floors… building houses out of wood…
