Yeah about the table looking bent, thats something going wrong with the blender internal renderer… im rendering 2x2, not 4x4, because it finishes in about the same tame, but leaves me with 2 cores to do other stuff with while rendering… so it always seems that in the middle of the picture, things are distorted… not really sure.
And ill try your suggestion to fix the indigo, problem, thanks.
First time using indigo btw, so I may need a lot more questions answered =)
I’m liking the new furniture, the sofa looks a lot better now, and the new Indigo renders look promising :). Though it looks like you’ll need to make a second texture for your clock ;).
Kind of an odd place for a clock, right under the staircase, it also seems a bit small. The scaling in the kitchen seems off for some reason, it might have to do with the stools and the island, idk. You could add a garbage can, toaster oven, toaster, some toast ;), tv, outlets, the cliched bowl of fruit, hanging plants, paintings, windows, ect? You could also add some molding at the floor/wall intersection. I would be careful about re-using items such as the green vases, I mean, its good to have a common theme between rooms, but maybe through design (such as your chairs) or architectual/paint. And I meant the clock’s time, they were both the same time, even though they were different times of day, unless they were exactly 12 hrs apart ;).
Keep it up.
Blender is crashing when I try and change to the first layer (where the living room part of the scene is)
On the second layer I have the kitchen, the 3rd I use for modeling objects, and the 4th I put objects that i’ve modeled, decided I didnt like, then put them there… just in case I need them.
I think it may be because I only have 2 GB of RAM, but I dont know.
That’s the .blend file… if you think you may be able to help, or you have a computer with more RAM than me, please try downloading it and switching to the first layer.
