Is it environment sky or Hdri lighting only and V-Ray 3.x or V-Ray Next and cpu or gpu ?
It is vray 3.x, cpu. Light setup is very simple. No hdri or sky. Only area lights outside the windows and mesh lights as a backplate. To simulate sun I use soft direct light. For dof efect I use your plugin from github
