Internett on the DS

I finally got internett on my DS. I fact I am writing this thread on my DS and it’s working. Some pages look’s a bit strange but over all it’s prety good {for a DS}

I’m using a m3 Real to boot DSlinux (note: it is NOT Dam Small Linux). And I use links to browse the web.
Pictures and maybe a tutorial will come later. For now god nigth clocks 01:00 here {I think}
And sorry for my bad english I’m Norwegian

So this is some type of test with the DS… cool.

I use the Max Media Dock (2 gb). Unfortunately, MMD doesn’t support a filesystem, so loading DSlinux is impossible. =(

How can you read on such a tiny screen anyway, wouldn’t it strain your eyes?

I don’t like tiny screens, I like reading on my big 18 inch computer screen:D

No, but it still is a bit… small. It’s not as bad as you might think.

How good is the DS with large type programs ie excel and stuff ?

You have to first have a homebrew card (Max Media Dock, super card, etc.) Then I would recommend getting DSOrganize for you DS. DSOrganize has a built in web browser that can actually download other files from the net. I just downloaded blender on to my DS, but it’s somewhat pointless because the DS can’t run exe files. =P

It depends. Some cards actually give the DS more RAM to play with. I’d look around at different cards first.

I also seen Mac 8.0 running on the DS and some version of Linux too.
