Interpolated Particles

Hi all,

I posted this in the support forum, but no one seems to be noticing it, so I’ll post it again. I’m having trouble on my owl model because the interpolated feather particles are growing inside its mouth. I have deleted all strands on and around the beak, but to no avail. Can anyone help me?

did you try making a vertex group to control the feather density? works with interpolated particles

turn on select mode in particle edit mode and individually delete the particles. Also, make sure there aren’t any particles inside of the mouth/mesh.

@Gexwing, I added the inner mouth after I made the particle system, so no, they’re not in the vertex group. @m9105826, I have made absolutely certain that touch the inside of the mesh or the beak at all, I’m sure it’s entirely interpolation - I just don’t know how to control that.
