Enjoy watching! I hope you like it!
Video!
The original music is from Apple Animation. My idea was to recreate the same animation using only blender.

Project Overview:
When I saw Apple’s animation, I asked myself, “Can I do the same?” And I did it! All animation was created in Blender, including 2D animation and small micro elements.
Tools Used:
Blender for 3D/2D Animation
Cycles Render Engine
DaVinci Resolve for compositing
After Effects for additional effects
Geometry nodes, drivers, and bones used for rigging
Project Details:
- Created an animation of connecting AirPods and showing battery charge
- Project size: ~800GB, 8K 2D animation for high-quality renders
- Multiple re-renders to fix animation bugs, consuming days of rendering time
- Everything in one file (scene changes, lighting, etc.), using a custom add-on to manage collection visibility

Why This Workflow:
I prefer having everything in one file for real-time results without the need for constant re-renders and scene transitions. This workflow allowed for faster iteration and more fluid animation.
Learnings:
Through this project, I learned more about rigging, light, and using geometry nodes.
PS: I know the project is not that cool enough. I accept any criticism. I did it for myself, and the project lasted long enough, because I also work. That’s why I couldn’t do this project longer to bring it to mind.
