iPhone 4 Model

Hi guys!

So I’ve decided to model the iPhone 4, mostly to encourage me to break my hiatus from Blender.
Right now all I’ve worked on is the front. Here’s an image of what I have so far (black and white versions):

So with the exception of that red sensor, what else do you all think is missing? Also any suggestions on how to go about getting that glossy look? I’m trying to see if I can get away with some decent texture, but if not I’ll go through ray tracing. I want to make sure it checks out so I can move on to the back. Feedback appreciated. Thanks!

It looks to my eye that the aspect ratio is off. It looks too tall. But maybe it’s a newer model. I’m looking at my gf’s iphone 3. The rounded rectangles which are the main silhouette are off. They should perfect quarter circle arcs. Also the l.e.d. and longer light are inset slightly in a rounded rect.

As for the gloss, are you using cycles or have you heard about it since your hiatus? It’s different than doing it with BI.

But it’s a good start.
