I’ve managed to get the emit frequency IPO to work perfectly with an IPO driver when using an object, I can use it to allow just a few particles to be emitted at a time letting them out a little by little until I reach the number limit.
However, when I try to use a bone as an IPO driver, no luck. I can get only one particle to emit, or all of them. I can get it to emit a little slower by adjusting the 1 to 1 curve on the IPO driver, but I can’t cut off and restart emition.
I hope someone can help, I want to control particle emition as part of an action, without having to add extra objects and stuff. I’ll post a blend example if it is required.
