With the video iPod format being 340x240, I got to thinking, that’s a perfect size for someone like me with a couple systems, but not a super render farm (although I can hire one for $50 a month). That’s a small size and Blender’s engine is still pretty quick.
So I’ve decided, why not be extremely nerdy and do a series about a an old Battlestar in the new universe. I’ve always like the name Olympia, after this ship: http://www.steelnavy.com/Olympiatour.htm
So I am in the process of editing the first 2 minute scene, a battle set during the 1st Cylon war in the NuBSG universe.
Ideas/suggestions welcome.
