Is it posible to use blender source code with code::block??

I want to have a look at the inside of the blender source code, since its open source I should be able to have a look at it and even modify it, but I can’t remember where I got it from last time lol so please some one direct me to the place.

Edit: I editted the title of the post because this is my seond question but its about the same thing.

Look for the source code link at the bottom of the blender homepage http://www.blender.org/download/source-code/

as the title says now, I want to use blender source code with code::block because I am not a fan of visual studio lol. It might be something as simple as importing it bt just want to know if any one has done it
