Is it possible to animate mute node and unmute node function? I am in a situation during compositing when i have no sliders from 0 to 1 of add or mix nodes to animate so i need disable one node functionality in some other way. And i am wondering if i can animate mute-unmute. Simple pressing M and then I will do what i want?
Ok i have just tried and it doesnt work the way i described. So how to do it properly guys?

Here is the screenshot i selected the mix node which i need to disable at certain perion of time. But i dont have slider because i am using factor -

i need to unmute this node when my camera goes behind the fan because as yo can see fire should be masked away by that grid - so that factor of mix node does exactly this -
So it whould be great if mute and unmute coulld be animated
Finally solved my problem by adding another mix node straight after mix node with a factor. And now i have my slider back. It turns out so simple, dont know why i didnt think about it before :D…
