Is it possible to define in code all the quick favorite options I want and in a particular order?

I reinstalled blender and lost all my customizations. I setup my quick favorites menu again but nothing is in the same order it was in previously and my muscle memory of the previous order is getting in the way of my productivity.

Is it possible to write code that will create the quick favorites list in the order I want?

Found this post in September 2021:

from @chippwalters that says that they aren’t available through scripting. Maybe he can chime and say if that has changed with the 3.0 release.
