Is it possible to parent a growing leaf to a growing (bezier) vine?

Hi I’ve got a vine growing using bezier curves and the taper and bevel controls.
Just wondering if there is a straight forward way of linking a growing leaf to the tip of the vine as it grows?

Any advice gratefully appreciated.
