Is it possible to render a model which creat with Zbrush?
i ve watch the tutorial of zbrush i m stun by the realistic of the chareter render,i wander if i can creat charretor in zbrush and build animation in blender?without lossing any deteils and mapping type, is possible?
btw sorry for the spell , i forgot how to spell the word “charretor”.
I’ll admit that it takes a bit of fiddling to get normal/disp maps working, but its definatly possible as my general workflow is exclusivly blender<->ZBrush<->Photoshop.
You can’t import the high-res mesh’s into blender and expect good performance(or even sometimes get through .obj import as it bombs on my system with huge ones), but a cage mesh and a disp map along with normal map(especially using the new normal map add-ons that zbrush has availible), is definatly possible…
MacGyver,if we speak about quality,it’s not possible…It depends on what you think is quality. The blender displacement it’s not able to create all the details, and the normal maps simply don’t work in the right way, this is a well know issue.
sorry i hav found that page but have some comprehansion problem about that page, like “16 channel tiff” and can not see that image which he post on the thread, so i come to here to ask, maybe you hav more info.
