Is it possible to use Alembic attributes with Blender Geometry nodes?

I exported a crowd simulation from Houdini to Blender, and I need to use the Normal attributes of the points to instance the crowd characters and orient them, but I can’t get the Normal attribute to load. Is it possible to do that now, and if not, are there plans to add support to Alembic attributes in Geometry Nodes?

You will need to adjust it in Houdini, geometry nodes still at early stages when comparing to Houdini. Yet that integration would be a good feature, very unlikely to happen.
