Is it possible when working with quads, to rotate the inner tries ?

When modeling with quads, i sometimes dont like how it is made, and i would like to change how blender render the quad.
Its clearly 2 triangles but i’d like them been buildup different (the other diagonal)… is there some key combo for it ?

It not for all quads but just a few in a model.

Select face and Ctrl+T to triangulate
If triangulates incorrect direction select edge and rotate it (Ctrl+E / rotate edge)

But what if i like to keep it as a quad ?

Shift select those two triangular faces created, so that they are both selected. Then use Alt + J, Tris to Quads.

Add a triangulate modifier. You will See the triangles, but can remove the modifier later (don’t apply it!!!)

The only method to control precisely how each quad is split into triangles is to triangulate and see/fix.
Once you join those triangles back to a quad you are back to square one and elying on blender to determine how that quad is split and it may not be what you want.
There is no ‘mark face to triangulate the opposite way’ button.
