Lot if misunderstandings/misinterpretations here…
what you’re asking for is a game engine. Blender is not a game engine. Eevee is not a game engine. Eevee Next will not be a game engine. If you want a game engine, use Godot, or Unreal, or Unity, or any number of the many thousands of other options out there.
It’s not about game engines it’s about 3d artists all switching/drooling over a game engine than using a proper 3D art tool…
