Is the Blender 2.6 documentation downloadable?

i would like to have (if there is any) an offline version of the 2.6 documentation since I will be using(learning) blender at an offline linux laptop

if there are none, I would like to know some software that can download the documentation site

btw, tried searching “documentation download” - nada

i never knew a website copier you can use to download sites and view them offline ever existed
