is the blender3d logo free to use without credits?

just noticed that an iphone app called Aplayer have a logo that’s obviously the blender3d logo, only flipped around and a phone on top of it.

I don’t plan to take action or anything like that but seeing that does make me quite curious to see whether it’s permitted since the logo itself may not be covered by the same license as blender3d is.

oh okay, cool. completely missed that page, thanks! so it does look like the Aplayer’s logo could be considered illegal should the Blender Foundation decides so.

Still, thanks for the info, I’m now more aware of how I should advertise Blender3D using the blender3s logo on my site too! thanks again!
