is there a hotkey for bone selecting in pose mode?

Just wondering if there is a hotkey for selecting a bone or moving up and down a bone chain while in pose mode so I don’t have to have the bones set to X-ray?

Right and Left Bracket Keys - [ and ] will move up and down the bone chain as required.
