Is there a max face limit for uv mapping?

Hello all,

Working on a face sculpt with 121856 faces and having problems with uvCopy script and UV-unwrap in the editor. I have tried it on a comp with dual processors and 1gb ram and a single 3.2ghz comp with 2 gig ram - no dice. The script says the uvs have copied and the uv editor map looks ok, but it renders jittery. Will post pics real soon to explain.

Using 2.43_rc2 for those interested. Might try an older version for interest’s sake.

attached are two images, the one with the pink stripe down the eye (bad test texture…) works, the other one has random parts, but ‘randoms’ uv layout looks ok. (image 2)
