Is there a way to connect multiple objects (100+) by their diameter/size?

Yes, each an object or just all the objects part of one. I used Separate > loose parts to separate the mesh into hundreds of objects but I also have it unseparated. Have tried almost everything to see what works more efficiently.

I haven’t heard about that blender feature. I wonder if it does anything different/better than slicer. Thanks, I will look into it!

too bad… but maybe @RickyBlender’s suggestions can help… I was assuming (but don’t know why…?) this aren’t blender volumes… so no openVDB … but now i see… there also seems to be some ways to go from dicom to VDN …
