Is there a way to make a kawaii effect when rendering in blender?

I want to make a Japanese, Kawaii effect like in this link

Is it possible in render settings or the compositor or something? If not is there any software on/for mac that can?

I might of put this in the wrong section, if so please can you redirect me to the right one.

kawaii is the Japanese word for cute and refers to the characters, not the render technique. You’re basically asking ‘How do I make cute renders?’

Do a search for blender toon renders. There’s lots of techniques you can learn from and play with.
