Is there a way to sculpt on a very thin mesh without affecting the opposite side ?

Hi All,

Very new to Blender.
I was wondering if there is a way to sculpt on a very thin mesh without affecting the opposite side when Dynamic Topology is Enabled. The feature I am talking about is called back-face masking in Zbrush and is very useful thing for very thin meshes.

I am assuming I can mask the other side and do some sculpting but this seams like an extra step I’m wondering if I am missing some option that should be ticked somewhere ?

Cheers,
Serge.

Thanks very much Richard, wasn’t sure whether the topic was started or not since it didn’t appear so I actually found the feature a bit later but now I know that topics do get created and thanks very much for the respond.

Cheers,
Serge.
