Well, there is the timer module. I’ve never personally used it but it looks quite promising.
It’s also possible to use the Python asyncio module, which is what the Blender Cloud addon uses for Flamenco integration, inside which you could have a time delta. BlenderKit likely also uses asyncio for asset downloading.
