Is there any way to fix this double mesh?

Hey everyone, so far I’ve tried just about everything to fix this mesh. I’ve tried recalculating normals, merging by distance, trying to unlink, etc. I think the double may have been created after using the boolean modifier and a created mesh escaped my view.

In sculpt mode remesh with 0.01 or less … (and next time compress the file: Preferences → Save & Load).
