Is there more than one script cache folder?

Hello everyone.
I’m new to Blender Python scripting. I’m using Blender 2.62 on Windows.

I have written an addon which had an error. I’ve fixed it and reinstalled the addon, but I still get the same error, telling me that there is an error on the same line, but that line is a comment now! So I’m assuming Blender is using a cached version of the addon (*.pyc file) imported from somewhere else. I’ve cleared the “pycache” folder, but it didn’t solve the issue.

It appears my addon which I’ve installed is in a separate folder from others.
I’ve placed Blender in my “Program files” folder and the path to the addons is

C:\Program Files (x86)\Blender Foundation\blender-2.62-release-windows32\2.62\scripts\addons

But my own addon is at

C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.62\scripts\addons

Anyway, I’ve cleared the “pycache” subfolder from both of these folders with no luck. Is there another cache folder for the Python modules I don’t know about?
Or is it something else?
