Is this computer good for 3D work?

Hi,

I’m looking for a new computer for 3D work (Blender + unreal engine).
I am in charge of all parts, including modeling, texturing, rendering.
My budget is less than $2000. I know it isn’t good…
I need your advice. Could you help me?
I’m wondering which part is more important between cpu and GPU.
And I found some computers within my budget.

Here is the list.
But I’m not sure which one is the best for me.
I’d like to hear your opinion.

For only $150 more you want the RTX 4070 and even the CPU would be faster.

You can always add a general HDD later for more basic storage when the time comes.
