Is this Possible? (First Person Shooter Elements)

Hello, I’m really interested in making a first person shooter game with the blender game engine. The blender game engine, although I have seen some very bad attempts at games, looks like it has a lot of potential. I want to know if these certain things would be possible to implements into my game. (I just want to get an image of how well I could make my game look before actually starting)

Here’s the list:
Motion Blur (Object or screen based)
D-O-F
Sun Flare
Bloom
Dynamic shadows cast by light sources.
Timed sounds played by trigger. (Stepping in an area for instance)
Head/Camera Bobbing
Triggering still in-game cinematic scenes.

I have an image for a cool horror game, and I think it would be pretty cool to implement some of these features into it. (I'm not asking how to do these, only to know which ones are and aren't possible.) Thanks to any replies.

You can find almost all of this with a little searching on the forums- all of them are certainly possible, though the shadows can currently only be cast by spot lamps (so no sun or point lamp shadows)

Alright, thanks!
