Is this possible in Blender? With duplicate linked

I see this in a course about modular assets. It is done in 3Ds max and as far as I am aware this is not possible in Blender, right?

What you see at the back, that is like a reference object.
He moves one edge in the reference object and in the corner it move like inwards.
The other two are like what we call in Blender Duplicate linked.
What is interesting here, is the piece with the corner.
Is that possible with modifiers or maybe geometry nodes?
