Issue with UV-ing an arched window cutout

I am building a scene and want some arched windows in it, but am having an issue with getting a “nice” UV of the arched portion of the wall for the arch-topped window.

In the blend below, I’ve tried both doing an unwrap where the arch remains part of the main UV island and another where I isolate the arch into it’s own section with the UVs placed around the relative point.

Neither one seems to give what I feel is an acceptable result and I was hoping someone here with more UV skills than myself may be able to assist in providing some help on how to tackle it, or what sort of workarounds others use.
