Ah common, when I first saw the image, I said WOW, but then I started spotting details like: why the hair of the beard were so out of place, when the other facial hair were flawless?, then I saw the making of this image and I realized you worked over a photograph, then I was like :/.
The thing I think you did right was the piercings and earings, the bear and the hair looks somewhat out of place, if you detail them, they look that they were over imposed.
