Alright, here are some pictures of the final thing, I haven’t put the aluminum spirals around Jafar’s stafff yet, but eveything else is done. I also made a tiny one for Jafar’s sidekick, Bubba, to have. It turned out to be harder to do this than I thought, because I didn’t have a very good way to connect aluminum and copper. I tried epoxy, but It wouldn’t handle the shock of swordfighting. So then I ended up using a combination of mechanical fasteners and hot glue to absorb shock. It actually turned out pretty good, it’s not quite as pretty as the render, but it’s definitely not going to fall apart when we’re swordfighting. oh, and I made a sword for myself to use 
. I think it’s the best sword I’ve made so far.
