Jagged renders? (not an aliasing issue)

Hello, all. I’ve run into a very small but annoying problem with the internal renderer. Most of the time, renders show up with some jagged edges when I view them within the rendering window. This doesn’t look like an aliasing problem, and it doesn’t show up if I save the image and view it in another program. Bottom line, this doesn’t affect my workflow at all since the problem isn’t present in saved images. Still, it’s a little obnoxious. Any thoughts on ways to prevent it?

(OSA is turned on, by the way.)

Are you possibly rendering at a larger size than the render window can show on your screen?

If so, the view you see in the rendering window is the render scaled to fit the screen … but the scaling is just a quick scaling, so it would appear aliased. That would also explain why the saved image looks correct as the rendered image actually IS correct, it is just showing you a lower quality on screen because it doesn’t have enough space.

This is most likly the case, just push ‘+’ and it should show it in its original size.

That seems to be the problem. Thanks to both of you!
