I havn’t had Blender very long, but I would have to say this is the best result I’ve had with it so far. What do u think?

Looks like an f-18. The nose needs to be a bit pointier. Good work, keep it up.

Does anyone know why lines form on smoothed cylinders sometimes? Look at the back of the plane.

That’s because your normals are weirded out, which happens with subsurfacing. to fix them, go into edit mode, hit A to select all vertices, then hit ctrl n for ‘recalculate normals outside’.

WHY DID NO ONE EVER TELL ME THIS?!?
I have wasted countless time fixing the normals plane by plane…
I really should check a shortcut key list sometime.
