Joining objects in a way what deletes hidden meshes?

is it possible for example with two merging boxes to join them to one surface?
i am looking for automation when everything “inside” the merging part would be deleted and merging planes would create new vertices…

hope theres a solution for this…

You could try using the Boolean Modifier, but the result may not be pretty.

i am trying to use the modifier, but it throws an error when i just try to apply it on two selected objects…

ok i have read through the article - now it works.
the results are not pretty :slight_smile:
but theyre enough for now
