Joining UV Textures needs improvements?

I’m thinking the UV Texture tab in the Object Data panels in 2.5x needs some improvements. For instance, I can’t seem to understand how Blender joins the UV channels of two or more objects when joining them with CTRL+J. It should join all the UV’s with the UV in the active object, that would make sense but it seems to this is more or less random. Also, a little button for transfering UV’s and joining UV’s, like in Shape Keys, would be great don’t you think :slight_smile:
