JPG Path in Blender?

Hi,
I’ve just learned that it is possible to save vector path in a JPG image.
So, my first thought was - is it possible to import this data, this vector path into Blender, as a curve?

Here you go. Open it in Photoshop and you’ll find “Path 1” in the paths menu.
It seems that with Gimp it doesn’t work. maybe it’s a Photoshop feature, but anyway the data is there.
