"Jus d'orange et glaçons"

Hi, I just finished my last work in blender (it’s also the first since two years) and I would like to share it with you . The client’s briefing was to create an image that make the viewers feel summer and freshness at the same time. So I created a glass of orange juice with some cube of ice.

The all thing use fluid, particles and solid simulations.
Cycles used for rendering.
13h of rendering.300dpi A4.
A bit of photoshop for the post prod.

I tried to make it the more dreamy-realistic as possible.
(Excuse me for my bad english).

Thank you for your comments and criticism

Wow, this is great! I love the lighting, and the materials are superb!

Great work on the fluids! I really like how this all looks. Thanks for reminding me summer will happen one day!

Je l’aime trés beaucoup! Les couleurs sont belles et je boirais le jus d’orange!

Also, the texture of the water on the table gets cut off on the left of the image.

Thanks for all your comments. I’ll prepare some other render today showing only parts of the differents elements.

The final image is principaly made of 4 “complexes” shaders. The orange juice is my favorite.
The shader I tweaked the most is the glass shader, I wanted he look frosty. I guess its likely the case.
